Spineless and Literal is a newsletter by Dan Collen about the intersections between popular culture, violent extremism, and hate. It is written sporadically with the belief that hate should be recognized but never normalized, and that denial of passage is not denial of free speech. The name “Spineless and Literal” and all other branding is a work-in-progress, and may be changed in the near future.
